My name is Stoilka Koparanova. I was born in Pazardzhik, Bulgaria and I graduated from The Art High school in my home town in painting, then 5 years later I graduated from The University of Art in Veliko Tarnovo in drawing. I am MA in Art. I have worked as an Art teacher in my home town for 3 years.

I was a student at the University when I took an interest in portraits. I have been working as a professional portraitist for 12 years and I have devoted all my energy to this work. My portraits aim to reveal the character and aura of the people I draw, in a detailed and realistic way.

Using photography for pencil portraits /drawings/ gives me the opportunity to offer my work to clients from all over the world. This way I have created portraits of a lot of people, pleased with my work – portraits of babies, children, adults, family and wedding portraits… and pets, of course. This is the perfect present for a wedding, graduation, Christmas or a birthday, a wonderful personal present for friends and family. The pencil portraits are more than a present. They are family inheritance.
